Monthly Management Fee

The monthly fee is paid out of rental income. No fee is paid if there is no income.

Lease Renewal Fee

Lease Renewals for 6-month terms or longer. No cost for month-to-month automatic renewals.

Leasing Fee

50% of a 1-month lease. Cost to lease a unit for 12 months. Comes with a 12-month lease guarantee.

Annual Inspection Fee

Once-a-year inspection. Usually at the 6-month mark for 12-month leases.
